@AirCanada my 15 year 1st time flying alone daughter has been trapped at Pearson for 2 days. Left alone in the terminal, insane chaperone, no contact managers this is just the tip of the iceberg Shes scared and now her 4th flight home has been delayed 3 hours before departure.
