IMO, the story is pretty simple.
Seven straight trading days with 100M+ shares in volume suggests something significant is happening. My view is that institutional investors may be accumulating shares ahead of Ondas' next earnings report.
Over the past few months, many retail investors were shaken out as the stock pulled back. Now the price action and volume look very different.
Could there still be volatility? Absolutely.
But in my opinion, the upcoming earnings report has the potential to be a major catalyst.
I'm positioned accordingly.

The European Commission has officially approved Paramount Skydance Corporation's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, subject to the companies fulfilling their proposed remedies.
This marks another major regulatory milestone and moves the transaction one step closer to closing.

Major regulatory milestone.
The European Commission has approved Paramount's proposed $81 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, subject to the company fulfilling its agreed commitments.
To address competition concerns, Paramount agreed to:
• Exit its stake in United International Pictures in the European Economic Area within 13 months of closing.
• Not enter a joint film co-distribution agreement with NBCUniversal in the EEA for 10 years.
• Implement additional commitments related to theatrical film distribution in the region.
Another significant step toward closing the merger.
$PSKY 🚀
Today's EU approval is a major regulatory win for Paramount.
In my view, it could strengthen the company's position ahead of the August 3 court hearing and make the challenge from California Attorney General Rob Bonta and his legal team more difficult.
August 3rd is the next key date to watch.

IMO, rationality is finally taking the front seat.
As a long-term investor, holder, and trader, I believe today's developments cleared the last major hurdle.
In my opinion, the California AG sought additional concessions by challenging the deal. With another key regulatory approval now in place, I think the merger is on track to close before the September deadline.
If that happens, I believe short sellers could face increasing pressure to cover their positions.
$PSKY
California AG Rob Bonta has said he isn't interested in negotiating with Paramount. He wants the merger blocked.
If that's the goal, some investors will argue this case is about more than ticket prices or jobs, and that broader issues are driving the challenge.
August 3 is the next key date to watch.
California is becoming a clown show.

Guess what data centers need for reliable, around-the-clock power?
While most data centers draw electricity from the traditional grid, their massive and continuous energy demands are driving more operators to add dedicated natural gas microgrids for reliability and resilience.
As AI infrastructure expands, power availability is becoming just as important as computing capacity.

Asian spot LNG prices are currently ranging between $21.00 and $21.60 per MMBtu, driven by the Japan/Korea Marker (JKM), while European spot LNG prices are holding around $17.50 to $18.50 per MMBtu.
Global LNG prices have recently surged to multi-month highs as escalating Middle East tensions disrupt key shipping routes and tighten supply conditions.
These elevated spot prices should be reflected in Q3 earnings, creating a potentially favorable setup for Venture Global.

European gas prices are at a four-year high. The U.S. has also struck another gas facility in Iran, adding further uncertainty to global energy markets.
Meanwhile, VG continues announcing new purchase agreements, while the company continues to show strong growth and improving profitability.
With demand, pricing, and geopolitical factors all lining up, the question is: if Venture Global doesn’t take off now, then when?

Trump appears to be reversing course, and the possibility of regime change is back in the conversation.
The big question is whether there will be further action against Ras Laffan, or whether they recognize that disruptions mainly benefit U.S. LNG exporters while hurting Asian and European markets caught in the crossfire.
Either way, with roughly 20% of global LNG supply impacted for the foreseeable future, spot cargo spreads remain highly favorable for Venture Global.
TTF has pushed to its highest levels since the Ukraine invasion panic buying and still has room to move higher.

Take note of the level tag today.
That doesn’t mean it can’t break out, but in the LIVE TRADING ROOM, we’re using S/R flips to navigate this market chop and identify entries, along with T1 and T2 targets.
The general rule: look for entries at or just above a key S/R flip, with at least two flip levels above as potential targets.

There are currently 43.59 million shares short on Venture Global.
That represents a 10.02% increase in short interest from the previous month, as short sellers position themselves around broader energy sector volatility.
With elevated short interest, any sustained upside move could create additional pressure on shorts to cover.
$NVDA
NVDA has been the one-man show helping lift the broader market off its lows.
In the process, it has quietly formed an inverse head and shoulders pattern that looks about as textbook as it gets. The setup still needs confirmation, but a break above $213.81 would validate the pattern.
If confirmed, this could set the stage for a move back toward all-time highs.
On the downside, the pattern is invalidated with a break below $198.

Super Micro Computer is making a major move after announcing a record $60B order backlog and raising its margin outlook for the June quarter, driven by strong demand and new business opportunities.
A move of this size gets attention, but the key question is whether the backlog and improved margins can translate into sustained earnings growth.
