Postpartum episodes have been more frequent that I saw my dr to get on meds. She asked what changed I’m not myself and I said I’ve felt like this on and off and rn it’s not going away… so your girl is on medication. It’s okay to have help. 3 years later I caved.

Being in a household and raised to “get over it” I didn’t express how I was actually feeling cause it would go away. Well after 3 years of non stop episodes of depression and anxiety I’m on meds and hope it improves. Sometimes you gotta give theses things a try to better you.
