@Bench_Analytics @Hugoscp10 @LegendEskimoBoy I agree head to head should be, but if you have to pick either goals scored or goals conceded to be the tie breaker, the logic for it being goals scored is that it rewards winning. Not even accounting for the fact that it is a sport meant to entertain.

If a team is completely tied on points, one team has 38 points from 1-1 games, and the other 38 points from 0-0 games, the logic goes back to the original you must at least score a goal to win. One team did more at the heart of the game.
