See the good in each day; be grateful for what you have. God is going to work all things for your good. While you’re waiting, when you don’t see anything happening, trust Him enough to enjoy your life.
If you don’t know who you are, a child of the Most High God, then you’ll spend your energy trying to get other people to validate you. But when you’re secure in who God made you to be, you won’t live trying to impress people and getting your value out of what they think.
How much time are you spending down on yourself, feeling guilty for past mistakes, telling God what you don’t deserve? That’s a lot of emotional energy that’s not doing any good. God hears you; He knows you’re sincere. But God is not moved by our guilt; He’s moved by our faith.
Why do you think the enemy’s trying to stop you? He doesn’t bother people that are not a threat. He wouldn’t waste his time on you if he didn’t know you were a world changer, a history maker, that you have seeds of greatness.
They crucified Jesus and put Him in the grave. They thought He was done, but on the third day, He rose up and said, “I am alive forevermore.” God has the final say. He’s already planned out your days for good.
When you go through unfair situations, don’t get bitter. Keep serving. Keep being faithful. Keep helping somebody else rise higher. That difficulty is not there to stop you; it’s there to promote you.
As long as you’re worried, trying to make things happen in your own strength, that will limit what God will do. The Psalmist said, “Be still and know that He is God.” Clear out the worry, clear out the offense, clear out the negativity.
Get your hopes up. Start expecting abundant rain. Get ready for overflow. God is about to exceed your expectations. You’re coming out of the dry place into more than enough.
