@Hyundai I still have not heard from my case manager I supposedly have. Now when I call, I don’t even have the option of talking to someone. I’m told to leave a message then the call fails… every time. Worst customer care and service. Terrible company.

@Hyundai Thank you. I called and found out Tyler, one of your customer care reps, lied to me saying I did have a case manager and that he could not give me their name bc they have been receiving death threats. Found out that none of that is true, and never had a case manager assigned.
