⚠️ I ALMOST KILLED MYSELF TAKING OZEMPIC.

I took it twice in my life. Both times, after a few months of use, I fell into the worst depression I’ve ever experienced — with intense suicidal ideation, unable to get out of bed, and losing everything.

Stopped → got better.
Took it again → depression came back even worse.
Quit for good → no depression episodes since, even in the hardest moments of my life.
One year later → cancer

Coincidence or not, 11 months after stopping Ozempic I was diagnosed with invasive melanoma and discovered a TIRADS 3 thyroid nodule that hadn’t been there in any previous yearly scans.

After researching, I found several studies showing an increased risk of both CHRONIC DEPRESSION and CANCER associated with GLP-1 medications.

Studies like Kornelius’ indicate a significantly elevated risk of depression and suicide, but they are "systematically discredited" by the industry. And the worst part: the industry managed to get the FDA to remove the suicide risk warning from the Ozempic label in 2026. The pharmaceutical industry is hiding the risks.

Anyone using Mounjaro, Ozempic, or Wegovy needs to know the truth.

I was checking IFBench ranking at @ArtificialAnlys and Grok 4.3 surprised me on top 3 models (83%-81%). And between the big ones, Anthropics Claude Opus 4.8 max is the last to show up, with only 62%. Between both, you find models from Gemini, DeepSeek, and GPT. Notice that IFBench differs from IFEval. Instruction following impact "normal" users differently.
