The US-flagged Alaskan Frontier, one of the 56 US Jones Act tankers, has conducted 3 runs of 1.3 Million barrels of crude oil to California, on each trip since March 17

That is 3.9 Million barrels and she does that round trip every 3 weeks for just one US-flagged ship on a long-term regularly scheduled service.
