There are more children being exploited today than ever before in history.
Understanding and estimating the individual impact of online exploitation on every child in every country is difficult. However, in this ever-changing digital landscape, what we do know, is that as internet and social media use increases, so do the risks to children.
Coming face-to-face with this unsettling reality is disturbing. But we must put our knowledge into action to end this expansive form of exploitation. Together, we will end online childhood sexual exploitation. Here’s how: prevention.
Prevention is where the solution starts. Education is how we get ahead of exploitation, equip communities, protect children, and safeguard future generations.
Prevention is about…
1️⃣ Spreading accurate information and raising awareness about the issue
2️⃣ Equipping people with the practical tools they need
3️⃣ Stopping exploitation before it begins
Prevention is personal, and it requires all of us. We can’t do this alone, and we need your commitment to make a lasting impact.

DSI Director-General meets with senior executives of A21 Foundation to move forward cooperation in establishing a “Child Advocacy Center (CAC)” and to set proactive direction in combating human trafficking
Published: 8 October 2025, 18:17 — Updated: 8 October 2025, 18:17 — Views: 23
On 17 September 2025, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), led by Police Colonel Yuthana Phraedam (Director-General of DSI), along with Police Captain Surawut Rangsai (Deputy Director-General), Police Colonel Siriwitch Kasemsub (Director of the Human Trafficking Case Division), and Mr. Papawin Maryawut (Deputy Director of the Human Trafficking Case Division), welcomed senior executives from the A21 Foundation: Mr. Christian Elliott (Executive A21 & Chief Advancement Officer, A21), Ms. Kristen Scharf (Regional Director — Asia), Mr. Anan Uttama (Thailand Country Manager), and Mr. Setthasat Yingyai (Case Manager).
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and present the direction of A21’s operations in Thailand, and to reaffirm their intent to support the establishment of a Child Advocacy Center (CAC) under DSI. The CAC would serve as a dedicated facility for the interview and screening of child and youth victims of human trafficking, in a safe and child-friendly environment.
Additionally, the meeting discussed collaboration strategies on related issues to strengthen the joint efforts of the two organizations, so that their operations are effective and yield maximum benefit in assisting victims of human trafficking — spanning enforcement, protection & assistance, and long-term prevention.
The DSI Director-General expressed gratitude to A21 for recognizing the importance of, and seriously supporting, DSI’s mission. This cooperation is considered a good omen in elevating efforts against transnational crime, and to ensure that children and youth who become victims are given the best possible protection in accordance with international standards.
Hi @elonmusk this Global Freedom Summit 2025 post about ending online child exploitation (1 in 7 kids affected) is impactful. With 275k+ joining, so far, your support could amplify this cause. Thoughts?
@evernote@evernotehelps I initially contacted you five years ago to cancel this service, and it appears that my request was either ignored or not properly actioned. I have only just become aware that I have been continually charged since then.
We are thrilled to announce that our short film, Promised, has been honored with the Director's Choice award at the Oscar-qualifying Thomas Edison Film @a21
@davidicke And who are you, truly? You echo truths that have resounded for ages, yet present them as your own revelation. Forgive me, but these words were spoken long before you—by Jesus and others whose wisdom endures. Perhaps you’re merely repackaging ancient insight, not revealing it
@MaajidNawaz I came looking for you today, inspired by a relentless LBC listener in our home. I remember how balanced and thoughtful you were, Maajid, and how you made so many of us feel heard. Thank you for your courage in speaking out. Thrilled to find you on Twitter—following along!
You possess as much credibility as a screen door on a submarine. As a failed politician in a new guise, you are promoting a futile agenda that threatens to devastate the world and needlessly shorten the lives of the disadvantaged while lining the pockets of those in charge of this scam. It is both shameful and disheartening to witness.
Thrilled to see A21s Cambodia's films excelling at festivals: shortlisted at Cannes Lions, selected for BAFTA qualifiers, and running for an Emmy! Over 60% of Cambodians have watched these impactful films, addressing online exploitation and driving positive change. Kudos to A21's dedicated team! Support us to keep fighting trafficking worldwide. #A21 #EndTrafficking #FilmForChange
@davidicke Seems like someone’s feathers were ruffled by the gospel truth—ironically, the same chap who cribs from the Bible, claiming it as his own invention while twisting its words to his fancy.
Our mission is clear: to ensure freedom becomes a reality for every individual. Since our inception in 2008, we knew we couldn’t end #humantrafficking alone. The power of partnership propels our progress.
