@azevin As intimidating as he was on the bench, he could be as disarming off it. E.g. his tribute to Judge Williams shortly after his retirement has some of the most kind (and funny) remarks I have read one say about another. Still makes me smile.

FERC OGC is hiring attorneys for our Rehearings Section, which has the critically important task of preparing FERC orders for appeal.  This is where you’ll find some of trickiest—and most important—questions in energy law.  Couldn’t recommend the job more highly.
