I never finished the 3 attempts I had at A-Levels due to mental health issues.
I got pregnant at 19, and decided I wanted to pursue education again.
In my foundation year, having no experience at further or higher education, I did an essay.
This was my feedback...
@Catchphrase@StephenMulhern
My family like to watch catchphrase at tea time, and my son drew this at school...
Him: 'Its me, Mr. Chips and Stephen Moo-horn of course.' ๐คฃ

Is anyone else having difficulty ordering the pre-sale tickets for @nfrealmusic for the UK?
I've put my pre-sale code in to unlock it, but Ticketmaster is saying they can't find the tickets, and I have no idea how to contact them for help...
It's funny because I've never felt unsafe around a trans woman, but I feel unsafe and scared of being killed by a man every single time I walk down the street or get in a taxi. As does nearly every woman I know. Don't use us for your culture wars!
Thereโs nothing holy and sacred about having a period. Itโs blood, it comes out, it is quite often associated with pain and discomfort. Thereโs never been a month that my body stopped leaking bc of trans men. My body doesnโt care. Theyโre not taking anything from me.
Why are ethics questions always like:
"is it ethical to steal bread to feed your starving family?"
And not:
"is it ethical to hoard bread when families are starving?"
I was experiencing psychosis, thinking I was being watched and contacted by a higher being through rubber bands and the number 3, and she told me it was just the Christian god trying to connect with me and to keep following where he was leading me ๐ฅด
@lcfairbairn@sgonzalesauthor Yknow what, I barely saw her before that happen and barely saw her after, she wasn't really anything to do with my year. So she didn't even do it because she liked me as a student, she didn't really know me. Was just a genuinely lovely person and I've always remembered
@nikitarenee37 @wawisloyola That is one singular student. A lot of us have other commitments such as children, or are working alongside our degree, which is exhausting and taxing when we also have deadlines around this time, Christmas, and have to be able to pay our bills.
People around me in their 20s and 30s are sharing bedrooms with mates, living with exes, getting evicted every year, sleeping in hostels and on friendsโ sofas, and the right still be like: why are millennial women not having children, must be avocado toast or something
