In September, Andrew Garfield leads a Paul Greengrass film about the Peasants' Revolt of 1381. A boy king, a plague-scarred country, the long march on London. It will give you the tax and the tyranny. It will not tell you that the rebels were eating better than any English peasant had in living memory.

1349. The Black Death had just taken close to half the country. It was a catastrophe with no modern equal. It was also the best thing that ever happened to the labourer's dinner.

Grim arithmetic did it. Half the workers were gone, so the ones left were suddenly worth something. Wages shot up. Empty land went over to grazing, and there were more sheep and cattle per surviving mouth than in generations. The man who had lived on pottage and bread now ate fresh meat, fish, and the white bread that had once been the food of lords. Real wages hit a height England would not see again for five hundred years.

You can read it in the bones. Dig up the people who came through the plague and they are sturdier and healthier than the half-starved ones who went before them.

The ruling class was horrified, and what appalled them was not the dying but the wages. Parliament passed the Statute of Labourers in 1351 to freeze pay and force the peasant back onto his knees and his pottage. It failed. The workers had tasted meat and would not hand it back. Thirty years on, that fury marches on London.

Six hundred years later, you can afford meat every day, and you are being urged, gently and constantly, to give it back and return to the grain.

He ate like a peasant because he was too poor to be anything else. It was never the goal. It was the thing meat rescued him from.

Labour is trying to cover up the truth about migrant crime.

They’re trying to reverse a court ruling which would force the government to publish statistics on how many crimes foreign nationals have committed.

The Tories had 14 years to release the data and also chose to hide it.
What is information are they so desperate to hide?

Well, based on their own data, foreign nationals are:

71% more likely to be convicted for sex crimes

69% more likely to be convicted for drug crime

25% more likely to be convicted for theft

46% more likely to be convicted for weapon possession

Foreign nationals from certain countries are over TWENTY TIMES more likely to be convicted of sexual offences than British citizens.

The first complaint reached police in 2005 yet he was allowed to carry on for years. Men who fear the law hide from it. Daddy worked from a desk in a public building whilst holding a Labour Party membership card.

His wife committed suicide in the boating lake at Alexandra Park. His daughters repeatedly went to the police pleading for protection. Yet on at least nine separate occasions, the police and the council failed to do their jobs. No one has ever asked why.

Now, instead of asking who protected Shabir Ahmed, politicians and the mainstream media are demanding his immediate deportation. Have you stopped to consider why? It is not as if Shabir Ahmed is the first rape gang member to be released from prison is it?

What I plan to share with you next is not for everyone. Especially as so many of you have been manipulated into jumping on the ask no questions and deport him bandwagon.

My preference was an interview with a mainstream news outlet. Unfortunately, as you can all see, my blacklisting continues. So instead, look out for the upcoming Recusant Nine live transmission. Providing there is the interest, I'm planning on broadcasting on Monday evening.
