You've been lied to.
ADHD isn't a mental disease you can cure by taking pills.
It's a superpower.
Once you harness it, you'll become unstoppable.
Here's what you can do to turn ADHD into a superpower:
The most overused, oddly glorified, yet under-respected topic on the internet:
Childhood Trauma.
It’s why your dad won’t cry, your relationships don’t stick, and why you feel exhausted every morning.
Here’s what trauma is—and how to reverse its effects (backed by science): 🧵

Rowan Atkinson:

This might be one of the most important documentaries that anyone can watch right now given current events and escalations between Hamas, Israel, Iran, and the US.
All wars are bankers wars.
If you are still caught up in the left vs right, Israel vs Palestine, Ukraine vs Russia narratives, treating geopolitics and war as if it's a football game where you are rooting for one side to win as the real moral authority, then you need to take 45 minutes out of your day to watch this in full.
I've shared this documentary already weeks ago and a lot of people saw it and appreciated it, but I think it's now more important than ever for as many people to see it as possible and to really understand the profound and eye opening truth behind those words, and how EVERY SINGLE conflict has had powers above it funding both sides with nefarious intent behind it and a broader agenda that is not in the true interests of the people.
I don't think any of what's happening right now is organic. I don't think Hamas getting into Israel to murder and capture civilians was a mistake, nor do I think the $6bil the Biden admin unfroze for Iran in exchange for hostages before the attack was a mistake either. They're constructing narratives right in front of us and we cannot just blindly believe them on surface level evaluation, especially when these narratives are being given by the establishment and MSM.
I've said this before and I'll say it again. You need to think like they do with strategy, perception, and propagandistic motivations in mind. You need to try and understand why they are presenting whatever information to the public and for what purpose. You need to question every action, every directive, every media spin.
Why is the narrative now shifting towards Biden admin causing this attack by releasing funds to Iran? Why is Lindsey Graham pre-emptively suggesting war with Iran in conjunction with this? What if this is designed to ensure Biden attacks Iran to cover his ass in giving them $6bil back?
Also...Why was there such a huge focus of attention on anti-semitism on X in the weeks leading up to this attack? Was that organic? or was that planned in advance knowing there would be an attack on Israel and perceptions needed to be pre-emptively put in place for justifying censorship?
Question everything. Assume conspiracy.
4,000 years of Greek history was spectacularly recreated during the 2004 Athens Olympic Games opening ceremony.
The Greek Bronze Age, Classical period, Byzantine era and post-independence Greece were displayed with grace and beauty, bringing great joy to all Greeks as we showed our history and culture in such a way.
What happened in Paris was a designed humiliation to the great nation of France, which could have showed its heritage beginning in ancient Gaul, but instead hyper focused on the degeneracy of post-Revolution France.
🚨APPLE'S "PERSONAL" AI: A NIGHTMARE UNLEASHED?
Apple's new Apple Intelligence isn’t just AI; it's "personal intelligence," culled from your personal data and tailored just for you.
The company claims this intelligence operates exclusively on your device, with privacy as the top priority.
Sure, Apple has a track record of resisting court orders for backdoors, even allegedly denying government access to terrorists' iPhones.
But here's the terrifying twist: there really is no opt-out for Apple Intelligence. It’s built into everything.
This new AI is deeply embedded in the very fabric of the operating system and every app.
Imagine a future where this omnipresent AI anticipates your every move.
It preorders your Starbucks coffee as you walk down the street, predicts your needs before you even realize them, and perhaps, manipulates your decisions without you ever noticing.
Is this the end of Apple, or the beginning of a future where AI seamlessly invades every aspect of your life?
The answer might be scarier than we think.
It’s patently absurd that Apple isn’t smart enough to make their own AI, yet is somehow capable of ensuring that OpenAI will protect your security & privacy!
Apple has no clue what’s actually going on once they hand your data over to OpenAI. They’re selling you down the river.

A recruiter asked you this:
"When conducting Design hand-off, when should you export svg or png? for
image and icon format"
Here's how to answer.
When responding to the question about whether to export SVG or PNG for images in your project,
should consider the following factors and provide a well-informed answer:
Use Case:
Explain that the choice between SVG and PNG depends on the specific use case.
SVG is a vector format that is great for icons, logos, and graphics that need to be scaled without losing quality. PNG, on the other hand, is a raster format better suited for photographs or images with complex details.
File Size:
Consider the impact on page load times. SVG files tend to be smaller in size compared to equivalent PNGs, which can lead to faster loading web pages.
Complexity:
If your images are simple and consist of basic shapes or icons, SVG is a natural choice. However, for complex images or photographs, PNG might be more suitable.
Accessibility:
Mention that SVGs can be made accessible more easily through techniques like adding alt text for screen readers.
Performance:
In cases where performance is crucial, such as for mobile apps, SVGs may be preferable due to their smaller file size and flexibility.

THIS IS GOING VIRAL SO I WANTED TO SHARE IT HERE TOO:
A bit from my past:
My first job after getting my PhD was working as a therapist for people from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
Almost all of them were diagnosed with depression, GAD, bipolar, or BPD. Most were highly medicated— some to a point that still sticks with me years later.
As I got to know their background and lives 3 things were very clear:
1. A vast majority had been emotionally neglected, emotionally abused, or physically abused as children.
2. A vast majority had experienced domestic violence or were currently living in it.
3. Basic needs were never met. Life was an hour by hour struggle. Treatment was an attempt to allow them to get to work in most cases. To just continue to surviving.
It was the start of me questioning the field I had been trained in. One that diagnoses people with disorders without taking a look at the whole picture. It began my path of holistic understanding.
A person cannot be well when one unexpected bill will have them fall behind on rent. When they lay their head on a pillow and all they can think about is expenses piling up. When a bill at the grocery store is almost double what they paid last year when their income has stayed the same.
An entire family unit deeply struggles within survival mode. When a job is lost. When daycare needs to be paid, but so does the light bill— what do you choose? When parents can’t even think about the emotional needs of their children because they have to figure out where their next meal is going to come from.
In 1942, 10 years before the diagnostic manual of mental illness was released Maslow knew what was once just common sense: we have a hierarchy of needs.
At the bottom are basic needs food and shelter. Then safety (resources, security). Then belonging (connection, friendship, intimacy.) Without three things we *will* be sick, period.
I get pushback for questioning the status quo. And I’ll continue to do it. The status quo is keeping people sick. It denies their experience. And it says we should bandage people’s symptoms so they can return to the environment that made them sick.
May we wake up, heal ourselves, and build conscious communities to help each other.

Overview:
EMPHASIS
Creating a Hierarchy or focal point to guide the eye to a specific element first. Utilising colour, contrast, proportion and rhythm.
BALANCE
Weighting or arranging the elements within the image to create visual, even distribution of shape and space.
UNITY
Aligning all separate elements to work together in Harmony through pattern, balance and rhythm.
CONTRAST
Contrast can highlight differences or add a focal point by using opposing colour, shade or textures.
RHYTHM
Direct the eye through form with the use of repetition of shape, lines or colour and helps create mood.
PROPORTION
Or Scale, to use a base for the viewer to compare single elements to through size, dimension and space.
VARIETY
Utilising different shapes, colours and textures to keep overall image interesting. Also aids with creating a focal point.
