“If we regard pregnancy as a stress test, complications such as gestational hypertension (high blood pressure) or preeclampsia indicate that your system is already experiencing problems..”
This was a stress test that I failed during my pregnancy, sadly. ❤️#heart#women#health

My hubby & I enjoyed nice bike ride along West Nose Creek. It’s a favourite ride of ours here in #yyc. The blue sky was beautiful to see after almost two weeks of clouds, rain & cool temps. 😊❤️🩷 #yycbike

This article from the American #Heart Association has some excellent info. Emotional stressors can do a lot of harm to our #health. A coping mechanism I’ve developed is to listen to a self-help podcast or enjoy a Disney movie whenever I’m stressed. 😊🩷 https://t.co/gD0Fk03kPC

My hubby convinced me to take a hot air balloon ride. He had done one w/ a friend of ours & mentioned how amazing it was. Trouble is that I have a fear of heights so I was quite nervous. Still, I faced my #fear & once I calmed down it was a wonderful experience. 😊❤️
It’s been a little while since I’ve posted on my socials. There have been some changes that are good & a couple things less good but I will catch you on it soon. In the meantime I’ve been enjoying the nice weather here in #yyc by going for bike rides. 😊🩷 #health#yycbike
