Just under £70 in charges for Albania while in hotel in corfu, £20 reduction was the best they could offer. They are happy to lose contracts worth £2500 over this. Shocking business sense but more disappointment on our behalf as loyal customers . Hello @vodaphone

@SkyUK while holidaying in Corfu and sitting in hotel bar in Corfu we have been charged albania roaming charges. I know vodaphone do not charge their customers for this BUT sky do! Thinks it is disgusting service from sky after been a customer for 20+ years. Poor show from then

@MitsubishiUK Shame you have to wait up to 12 weeks for a replacement radio/sat nav after being told it would be six weeks….. this is a known fault with this system why is it taking so long???
