Its 6 degrees in Perth, as I reminisce about a fabulous visit to my hometown Darwin last weekend. Not only do they turn on 32 degrees but also one of the best Festivals showcasing Aboriginal Culture. I enjoyed fashion shows, National Art and Music Awards,proud to be Aboriginal 😀
As Territorians she is our fav daughter so always great to catch up with Jessica Mauboy when she pops home to Darwin NT. It was fabulous to present her with a t-shirt with the NAIDOC 2018 Theme: Because of Her, We Can. Jess is a fantastic role model for young Aboriginal people.
