@AmazonHelp You shouldn't send an email to long time custs. without putting the rules into the email. The email itself didn't say new customers. Considering how long I've had Amazon Music, I shouldn't have gotten that email at all. There's also no way to get $ back without going the CS.

Ordered 1/27, and finally received on 2/18.
It took 4 phone calls.
Not the Reps fault, but Kohls has the worst customer service policy of any retail store.
