@thickwonga413 @altruistor The issue is that Viv has a history of this; obviously the HH original summer release was out of her control, but she has teased things that never come to fruition. That doesn’t mean, however, that I will not appreciate the CREW on the show that puts in so much work.

@thickwonga413 @altruistor see but that’s the thing. I think it’s pretty common place to enjoy a piece of media without endorsing the creators actions. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a fan of Viv, but I enjoy HH. But I’m also not going to bash the crew who put in the clear effort on this show.

@EvaHellverse There’s a HUGE problem with white fans blantantky dismissing even the smallest of concerns from POC fans who have legitimate critiques of both shows. there were so many huge creators in here who defended the use of voodoo on Hazbin, a closed religion. Their concerns are valid.

@UgliestBug I completely agree. Listen I love both shows, but this is really poor planning on their part and just plain insensitive. Especially given that Hazbin has already come under fire for its cultural depictions of voodoo.

@fawnsil Honestly. Like yes, I’m very happy and fortunate for early access, but the way that the entire season is on TikTok is absolutely crazy; that doesn’t just happen to movies and TV shows on the regular-that’s some serious mismanagement that Viv or Prime or A24 needs to adress
