@baddaddyfba You definitely can. Obviously the packing will be the most time consuming and tedious. If you have family help that's always good. I'm fortunate to live in a sales tax free state. If you use a prep center in a tax free state it usually pays for itself. Lead times and slower tho.

@Jomcjohnson @UncommonYield Depends on what the rate is imo. We have 50% equity, low payment and 3% interest rate - definitely not paying that off early. I think with a larger payment and 7.75% interest rate there is an argument to pay off quicker.
