So, now the branch is unable to provide me with a new statement, reflecting my address, also not able to provide a letter stating what my address is. Now I have to wait for the new statement before I can prove my address. Does this make sense!?

@FNBSA Please help this make sense! I go in to open a Business account, while there I ask the consultant to change my address, she confirms. I get a statement today, still the old address. Go back to the branch- the address only gets changed on the system, not on all statements?!
