Caroline Crenshaw was a failure as an SEC Commissioner and should be voted out.

She tried to block the Bitcoin ETFs, and was worse than Gensler on some issues (which I didn't think was possible).

The Senate Banking Committee should take note - the crypto community is watching this vote. I'm told it will be factored into @standwithcrypto scorecards for politicians.

The SEC asked for $2B, and the Court reduced their demand by ~94% recognizing that they had overplayed their hand. We respect the Court’s decision and have clarity to continue growing our company.

This is a victory for Ripple, the industry and the rule of law. The SEC’s headwinds against the whole of the XRP community are gone.

I’m looking forward to debating @ewarren regarding the Chevron ruling, as well as many other topics. Her relationship with @GaryGensler is the best example of why Chevron needed to be overturned. She conspired with Gensler, an unelected bureaucrat (aka political hack), to fabricate testimony in order for her to later rely on his testimony as a so-called “expert” in the field.” She gave him not only the questions she intended to ask but gave Gensler the answers she expected him to provide. After Gensler testified and gave @ewarren the answers she provided to him, she misled the public by saying don’t take her word for it take the word of the Chairman of the @SECGov. As I’ve stated before, we live in the Corruption Era and @ewarren is part of the routine corruption existing in Washington. It’s why we need term limits. If you stay too long, you become part of the problem.

Katie took a chance on us when we were a little known crypto exchange, back when very few people believed in the technology, and I'll always be grateful for that. She’s been our longest serving independent director - was our first audit/risk chair, was on our comp committee, and was our first nom/gov chair - so got to touch just about every part of the company on our way to going public.

Being a former DOJ prosecutor, my favorite part was her counsel on regulatory strategy, and when to compromise vs go to court, which as you can imagine came in handy.

She is a force of nature and i'm excited to have her helping the next generation of founders build at @HaunVentures. Thank you for your service Katie!
