@timcairns The surrender principle means it’s very expensive to enter the market, so lack of independents. Those in the city centre then tend to finance their businesses with the breweries, who of course tie them into supply deals which limits choice and fixes pricing to certain degree
@newsmulg That would be fairly standard at the minute John, have been that price for a couple of years now. Most would be coming from pubs that are closing and end up in convenience stores, Centras, Spars etc. never seen one of property pal mind you!
