@landatthebottom I haven't got time to trawl through all the comments but it always amazes me how people comment with authority when they have literally no idea of the facts or even the location. I am not just talking about the Daily Mail either.
@landatthebottom I would say the Widcombe stretch would probably benefit far more from this than the proposed Bathwick stretch. Better drainage is what is needed rather than a tarmac surface.
@landatthebottom When I asked some time ago the one in Radstock had one bike in. I forget what they cost but it's a huge amount of money to store one bike. I sincerely hope that has changed now or you might as well rip it out & move it to Bath. I note the Keynsham one also has availability.
@DaveF63@landatthebottom Can you back up that claim that they were fully rented out after a few months? I know the figure was 80.95% capacity across BANES just over a year ago.
@landatthebottom @MoreTreesBANES It comes from company called 'Fine Pines'. They supply corporate Christmas trees. The lights stay on 24/7. That's all I know.
@landatthebottom@PlainoldDTwaine@bathnes That's a totally different question. Those answers do not mean that 40% think Bath should not have a dump. (Although in BANES eyes it probably does).
@landatthebottom It's free to park your motorbike by the railings on the river path by the Rec & outside of parking enforcements zone so no chance of a ticket. Central position near Pulteney Bridge.
