Bought @Apple#Airpods as a gift from @amazon only 2 B humiliated when told the ones they sent were #counterfeit . Multiple reviews reporting same thing but @AmazonHelp wont help. NEVER TRUST AMAZON, THEY FACILITATE & ENCOURAGE STEALING OTHERS IP & DECEIVING THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS.
@amazon u'll be happy 2 know Ive turned over the counterfeit AirPods you sold me 2 #Apple but not b4 the PD documented the situation. Of course with so much evidence showing that you knowingly sold me fraudulent goods, my credit card co. had no issue reversing the transaction.

@AmazonHelp He then said a manager would call me back when they got a response but wouldn't commit to a time frame, but beyond that, I have been promised callbacks 10-15 times before and none of them have ever happened.
@AmazonHelp That there was no evidence that the product was not authentic (The seller reviews) and Amazon's removal of the product from its website say orther wise. He said he needed to complete some form, put it on the back of a tortoise and send it to another department.
@AmazonHelp Not even the real supervisor was helpful, so I asked for a manager and he refused to get one for me, then hung up on me. 3 hours on the phone Iβve wasted now.
@AmazonHelp I did and was transferred to someone claiming to be a supervisor (who was also rude). When I asked to be transferred to a manager the guy who came on the line said he was a supervisor, that the previous rep lied and was only an associate
@AmazonHelp You sent me a return label which I then forwarded to my friend so he could send back the counterfeit ones. ALL I WANT TO DO IS GET MY FRIEND AN AUTHENTIC PAIR ASAP. I AM SO SO EMBARRASSED THAT I GAVE HIM A GIFT THAT WAS FAKE.
@AmazonHelp I guess now, I'll report @amazon 2 the police 4 knowingly facilitating the distribution of counterfeit goods through its FC, then call Apple (cause I'm sure they'd like 2 know that u're still up 2 this. Guess 1 lawsuit didnt teach u a lesson) & finally open a chargeback dispute
@AmazonHelp and that until @amazon proved the product was counterfeit they wouldn't be giving me a refund. Its clear @amazon is aware of this b/c you've pulled the product & the seller has many neg. reviews from customers who've received counterfeit ones too.
