Judge Aquilina is against it-Says potential jurors are not allowed to read the news or do research. Federal sentencing shouldn't affect them

Both feel that the sentencing in federal court will make it difficult to get a fair an unbiased jury.

The concern is that Nassar's sentencing in federal court is in the beginning of December, the same time as jury selection

The prosecutors are siding with Nassar's attorneys on this one, in an effort to ensure a fair trial

Matthew Newburg, one of Nassar's attorneys, is motioning for jury selection to be adjourned and pushed back
