@TheAccountantUK @Telegraph Get your facts right. Capitation - the per patient payment is a small fraction of GP surgery income. QOF (based on outcomes) is more important. There is a GP recruitment crisis and patients are often seen by other professionals. GPs are the only part of the NHS not in deficit.

@Coronation2023 Yes. My wife has experienced same. NHS worker, booked accommodation. Didn't accept until plans confirmed and +1 could be contacted who was working, I'm furious. Lazy idiots at Ticketmaster have regurgitated the main ballot email. A classic shit show in our shit show of a country

@NorfolkCC and others will stop providing transport to children because they can’t charge for non-accessible buses under PSVAR rules. Either provide it free or challenge the law. Otherwise it will force individual car journeys as sharing isn’t possible at this time. Pathetic

@GMB what about the 1000s of UK nationals in the NHS with shocking pension tax fixed for judges not doctors, junior docs on sub min wage for o/t hours. Hypocrites who vilified medics & scientists now pleading for their help. Fix the tax and pension systems and reward dedication
