@TeamYouTube thanks for your answer, but the problem still exists. every time I do recovery google account it creates a new account for me. It doesn't connect me to the existing one.

it seems i had the channel connected to another channel, i'm not exactly sure and when i removed it later i lost access. When I enter my account details, it just creates another one for me.
