@BJsWholesale apparently your customer service can’t read. After 6 hours of going back and forth they tell me to order and they would refund shipping. Go to order and it’s sold out. 🙄 Get it together. This should have been resolved in 5 minutes.

@carrental8 I booked and paid in full for a rental and declined coverage. @foxrentcar in Orlando put a $477.90 deposit on my card .TAMPA saying they can’t refund it at this location. I want my deposit back. I will file a BBB report on Fox and car rental 8 if this is not resolved.

@carrental8 I also emailed customer service the first day I got car due to the horrific experience at @foxrentcar during pick up. I’ve never dealt with such a miserable, unhelpful company. Why do you offer their service?
