@SouthwestAir I just don’t get it. Last two flights I had from COS to CVG were delayed multiple hours. I get it, things happen but we’ve heard 2-3 different reasons for delays. This is getting old.
@JackBox Fountain Co. Ordered on app to pick up at 7:10 sat at drive-thru board until 720. Said I placed an online order, gave my name, told to pull around. 735 he told me I was being confusing because he didn’t know I had already paid for it. Said it was ordered off the app.
@Verizon I’ve been with Verizon for many years, haven’t really had any problems. Until now trying to get an item that I was promised. Between UPS screw up and condescending people at the store. I’m very frustrated right now.

@SouthwestAir saga continues. Two of three flights delayed, haven’t had a chance to eat all day. Finally get to Cincinnati and find that my luggage is still in Baltimore and won’t get here until tomorrow at 1:00. Not like they didn’t have all day to get it here.
@SouthwestAir My confirmation code 35VUPM. Just landed in Cincinnati but luggage didn’t get on the plane and I’m being told it will not get here until 1:00pm tomorrow. Told Sunday is the slowest day. Why didn’t it get on today’s flight? This is beyond ridiculous
Really @SouthwestAir first flight delayed and now stuck on plane because being told jetbridge doesn’t connect to plane or some such idiocy. This has to be a joke right?
@SouthwestAir I understand things happen but I am going on a 3 day trip to see my sister who had a stroke. As it is I’ve now lost a whole day and now we have to all sit down so we can move the plane to a new jetbridge. My next flight is boarding now. Best on me making that one? I doubt it

@SamsungUS Spoke to @Samsungus Warranty today. Was told they would not send a technician out until after we trouble shoot by text and then we would have to run a cycle which means my kitchen is going to flood again. Does this make any sense?
@SamsungUS bought dishwasher just under year ago. It’s leaking. Called @HomeDepot No answer. Can you help me find out warranty info and who can come fix?
