@houseoffraser to say I am absolutely furious is an understatement. I was advised to send some faulty shoes back to house of fraser inspections department using a tracked service now they are refusing to help me , such diabolical customer service!

@MartinSLewis @TheFCA Hi Martin, how far can you go back to claim as I had a car with black horse finance for 3 years from 2005 to 2008. I also had a pcp agreement with Volkswagen finance from 2019 to 2021.
Do I just have to contact them direct to lodge a complaint?

@HotpointUK why does no one in hotpoint ever reply to my complaint. I’ve even resorted contacting the CEO still no response. Absolutely shocking customer service!
