@WestJet okay so I lost it, started crying (I have surgery appt in TO tomorrow) LOVELY lady at wj counter helped me rebook to a flight that will get me in today. TY sooo much. I was so disheveled I didn’t get her name but there were only 2 women in KLA and she was the nice one.

@westjet trying to change cancelled flt- won’t allow. on phone for an hour, came to airport to change, agent says he can’t make changes to flights at airport???!!! Ive flown 3 times on WJ in past year and all WJ flights have been screwed up - how do you get away with this??!
