Like the actual number crunching is easy. If you know the equation for like 60 different cases, like LIFO, FIFO, depreciation, accounts receivable, allowance of bad credit, list goes on. They love to throw irrelevant accounts into that last one in particular on tests

1) most business degrees except finance and accounting are pretty easy as a marketing graduate

2) saying accounting is just "adding and subtracting" misses the difficult part, which is knowing on a test which amounts debit, credit, or is a red herring

From Boomers to Gen Z people have a real bad impression in their mind how old the gens actually are. Most of the ladder pullers are Gen X and most the kids who "don't remember the golden era of the Internet" are Gen Alpha. Boomers are almost out the door entirely. Gen Z is 30
