@HistoryofCanad1 Must’ve been around ‘89 unless old broadcasts were aired on TV. Not sure who his partner was. I remember being surprised to see him with a belt because he always seemed to lose. My dad knew Goldie since they were kids. Goldie was the drummer in my dad’s first band back in the 60s

@HistoryofCanad1 I think the date was 12/29/84. Goldie held the tag-team title in Vancouver’s All-Star Wrestling. I was at the celebration for his induction into the Canadian Wrestling HOF. They had flyers listing his accomplishments. From what I recall, he won at least six titles in his career.
