@EamonnHolmes is suffering with chronic pain. I wouldn't wish this on anyone ever. He's in a position where he can highlight this, and it seems like he'll do that. I'm very grateful that he will.

Today I see my doctor about not being able to walk for 2 days. It's neurological so there is rarely anything they can do, the pain isn't worse which is a bonus. I up today so I'm hoping it was just a two day thing. Fingers crossed 🤞

The past week I've had a strong reoccurring problem that's extremely difficult to describe. When I walk it feels like my legs are filled with concrete. I can hardly get around the house. Does this happen to anyone else? #neuralgia #nervepain #chronicpain

I had a really weird drug reaction today. Ive not changed dose & I've been on this cocktail for years. I had the shakes & couldn't stay awake. It was really weird. #ChronicPain #Chronicillness #spoonies

I do not want to be bombarded with miracle cures. If there was an actual miracle cure that worked for everyone we'd all be cured. That's not to say trying different things may help but we will come to you if we want to. #Chronicpain

#WorldMentalHealthDay Chronic pain will go hand in hand with depression. The NHS is unprepared for this through lack of proper funding in this area. We have to help, talking is a start, kindness will always help, until the government wakes up & supports the NHS in these areas.
