Watched NCIS on sky but to finish watching the 3 part cross over I have to then get disney to watch NCIS: Hawai'i then get Paramount+ to watch NCIS Los Angeles. That's just taking the piss out viewers.

Recieved a link for a smart insulin pen. It's great there's all this new tech for diabetes. But damn it's a lot! There is no getting a break from being diabetic anymore. No room for anything else. I slept since March due to diabetes alarms, all I seem to do is manage diabetes.
