@pathofexile This should be a mandatory view, great reality check on 3.29 spell rework. Vision: Buff selfcast Spells. Reality: Nerfed selfcast spells, except gigabuffed Winter Orb and 1-2 outliers. I would applaude a LoL style Meta shuffle though, like actually done
