Hard to believe that someone exists like this. Latin is for everyone, even immigrant working people like me (HS only education). This sort of elite sneering is what is wrong with higher ed.
โFโ justice, we want revenge.โ
Antifa march in Manhattan today. They hold a banner with their logo & a sign expressing a desire for vengeance. Video by @elaadeliahu:
Antifa are *not* anarchists
They are authoritarian and statists
Here they are attacking people to demand they follow state guidelines, effectively morality police
If people want to continue to lie and suggest that Antifa didn't attack peaceful protestors at the Wi SPA, show them this. Extremely detailed case study. https://t.co/3AAoYBjwyU
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot blames crime spike on racism & Trumpโ. She rejected Trump's offer of fed troops, but is now begging Biden for them. She assumed shooting victims prior to Jan 20, 2021, would rather have been shot than accept Trump's help.

The most interesting question about 1/6 remains: how embedded was the FBI in the 3 groups they say were behind it, and what did they know about what was being planned.
That, of course, is what corporate journalists are least interested in asking.
Babbling over and over about 1/6 is how Democrats in Congress distract attention from all the things they're not providing, how journalists try to keep people paying attention, and how the FBI/CIA keeps people scared. It will never end for them:

2 of the 4 people who died on 1/6 were Trump supporters who dropped dead of heart attacks.
Another was a Trump supporter who died of a speed overdose.
The 4th was an unarmed Trump supporter shot point blank in the neck and killed by a still-unknown armed agent of the state.
Acting as if 1/6 was some sort of serious "insurrection" is just pitiful.
None of the defendants has been charged with sedition, fomenting insurrection, attempted murder or anything like that. Because it wasn't that. It was a protest that turned into a 3-hour riot.
Liberals need 1/6 to be some momentous event because it gives them purpose and vindication.
Journalists need it because, for many, it was the most exciting and scary thing they ever did.
The security state loves it because it's what justifies their power and budget.
If Fox can be sued for airing COVID views Slate dislikes, can Slate be sued for this March, 2020 article arguing the dangers of COVID were being wildly overstated, that far fewer people than claimed are likely to die, and it's "benign" for young people?

It should be shocking to see a *media outlet* try to create new ways to enable media outlets to be sued and punished because of the views they air, but there's nothing shocking about it, because the leaders of the crusade to restrict speech in the US are liberal journalists.
This is absolute, utter, pathetic, dangerous bullshit.
But again: a major part of Democratic Party politics and the liberal sector of the corporate media is concocting new says, seemingly on a daily basis, to restrict and punish the speech of their adversaries.
