You have to send 23 by SMS to the G5 SIM card, this will delete all remote controllers (it's not possible to delete just one remote).
After this you can pair the remaining remote controllers again (press the Password on the control panel, then the "recorder bu...

What exactly is the problem? which alarm system do you use?
If you loose the remote you can delete them from the system (it depends which alarm system you use) and then pair them again.
