@jpvanhoy @MattWalshBlog You forgot the main condition: cooperating with ICE and repealing sanctuary city status (in other words stop obstructing ICE). The second condition is sharing welfare data. Most obvious reason is they’re looking for fraud. Fraud government officials may be complicit in.

@jpvanhoy @MattWalshBlog They didn’t “choose” Minnesota. Minnesota refused to cooperate with ICE in any capacity, forcing ICE to arrest the illegals across Minneapolis instead of them being handed over after arrests. That’s the main condition they asked for to reduce ICE presence.
