Please, please, please fix the Delta iPhone app.
It does not perform data updates after many attempts. It spins when you’re trying to perform an update. If you’re lucky enough to move past the first refresh, updates to seat changes don’t work. HELP!!!

@Delta Sure would plan a few more trips if @Delta could fix the “We’re Sorry,Try again later” message on an upgraded seat for the flight currently scheduled..... This was the first time in many years that even the support desk was no help. This should be fixed....

Just spoke to one of the nicest support agents.
Looks like there is a problem having your upgraded seats confirmed. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes with no resolution I’m a bit disappointed/frustrated. Can you get the issue fixed?
Don’t pump many tires but @GovWhitmer has made the hard decisions early. Impressive. Keep the virus from spreading in Michigan!
