$HPNN: An issue dating back to 2021 has taken enough of Hop-on’s time. It does not get to define our future.
When I make a mistake, I own it. But taking responsibility for fixing a problem is not the same as having caused it. The discrepancies addressed in today’s corrective documentation were in the shareholder records supplied by our former transfer agent. Hop-on’s corporate records supported the correction. That distinction matters.
For the last several months, I have personally worked to get this resolved. Today, the corrective documentation was signed, authorizing VStock to reconcile the records and advance our DTC FAST application.
I believe today represents a major breakthrough. Final DTC confirmation and FAST approval remain pending, and we will announce completion when it is official.
I have serious concerns about how $HPNN has traded while this issue remained unresolved. Our shareholders deserve a fair market.
To the market makers and anyone who has written us off: do not confuse a legacy records problem with a company that stopped building. We never stopped.
Digitalage is ready to launch. Following final DTC confirmation, our plan is to open access to the app and share additional company developments that I believe will move Hop-on forward. We are not waiting to finish the app. We are working to close out this legacy issue and move into our next chapter.
To the shareholders who have stood with us: thank you. I know this has taken far longer than anyone wanted. Your patience has not gone unnoticed. Neither has the responsibility to deliver.
