@DAGToddBlanche's DOJ refuses to meet with #PDJA Founder Kelly John Walker—calling him “untrustworthy” for legally recording and sharing their own words—after they again labeled parents “terrorists,” derailed the Weaponization Working Group, and shutdown meaningful paths to justice.
But who actually broke trust—and whose responsibility is it to repair it?
As the article linked below details, trust was not broken by exposure; it was broken when DOJ first weaponized against parents under Garland, and it continues under Blanche, who persists in labeling parents “terrorists” in defiance of the President’s directives, while quietly blackballing parents pursuing remedy, conditioning access to justice on something as subjective as “tone” rather than merits.
The recording, released only after we were again labeled "terrorists," didn't create a problem, it revealed one.
The DOJ inverts responsibility by blaming the victims of their own constitutional violations—an effort not at accountability, but at concealment.
As R. George Wright wrote in the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy: “Sometimes distrust seems so obviously warranted that trust would amount to gullibility or stupidity.”
The American people are neither gullible nor confused about where the burden lies—and it is not on abused citizens to restore trust, but on those in power to earn it back.
Blanche refuses to meet with Kelly because he came prepared, credible, and organized, and they fear further exposure.
What they need to understand is that the more they try to suppress the voice of their victims, the louder we will get, and the more evidence will be released.
In the style of Donald Trump, we say to DOJ: let’s make a deal. Till then, we will keep dropping truth.
Welcome to the return of accountability to the People; welcome to the restored Republic, where you work for us.
