@gzchef Dismal char on side one. Probably at least 50% less char on side two due to using a perforated spatula for the smash (?). Dents = zero char potential. Flatten it properly or don't portend this is a pro-level preparation.
Frozen pizza has got surprisingly good over the years, especially from the smaller companies making high-heat, low-time, wood fire imitation pizza. Many times better than restaurants for about 1/6 the price.
