@myfreshtohome I've been using the F2H app for quite a long time now, but this experience is honestly shameful. The wrong product was delivered, and despite the fact that your team clicks photos while processing orders, it has been more than 6 hours and the WPD case is still unresolved.

Today is Holi, I have friends over, and because of your careless service I'm stuck waiting for a response that never comes. For a company that claims to offer a reliable service, this level of incompetence is embarrassing. And to make it worse, your customer care team is completely useless.
