These people who sell substances that young people are using to ruin their lives should be apprehended and punished severely.

There’s one around my place of work who can sit for hours, laughing to himself. You can’t walk across or even down the street without seeing two or three

substances and strictly punish offenders, but also create an environment where affected people can receive proper treatment, support, and the opportunity to regain control of their lives.

Because punishment alone will not solve everything.
