Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act को लेकर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में हुई सुनवाई से यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती @gupta_rekha जी के दृढ़ संकल्प के चलते अब दिल्ली में कोई भी स्कूल अभिभावकों को विश्वास में लिए बिना मनमाने तरीके से फीस नहीं बढ़ा सकेगा।
आम आदमी पार्टी और कुछ लोगों ने महंगे वकीलों के सहारे इस कानून को टालने की कोशिश जरूर की, लेकिन उनकी सभी कोशिशें नाकाम रहीं...कानून के क्रियान्वयन की प्रक्रिया अब शुरू हो चुकी है।
यह अधिनियम फीस निर्धारण में पारदर्शिता लाएगा, अनियंत्रित बढ़ोतरी पर प्रभावी रोक लगाएगा और लाखों अभिभावकों को बड़ी राहत देगा।

CBSE can issue admit card at its end. Admit card is Children Right.
