I'm calling on @NYCMayor to work with NYPD to enact ALL of the #8cantwait reforms. These policies are not the full answer. We still need to increase police accountability, bolster community oversight, and implement alternative policing models, but they are a meaningful start

His name was Ahmaud Arbery. He was only 25 when he was chased down and murdered by two white supremacists in Brunswick, Georgia. Arbery was unarmed, non-violent and broke no laws.
