#WATCH दिल्ली: TMC सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा ने कहा, "आज कांग्रेस, समाजवादी पार्टी, DMK, JMM, आम आदमी पार्टी, नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस, लेफ्ट पार्टियां और शिवसेना (UBT) समेत पूरा विपक्ष सर्वदलीय बैठक से विरोध स्वरूप बाहर निकल आया। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि तथाकथित NCPI (जो एक गैर-मान्यता प्राप्त पार्टी है) के मामले में, टेबल ऑफिस द्वारा दी गई सूची में ऑल इंडिया तृणमूल कांग्रेस की संख्या 28 सदस्य दिखाई गई है। इन तथाकथित बागी 20 सांसदों के विलय को स्पीकर ने मंजूरी नहीं दी है। अयोग्यता से जुड़ी 20 याचिकाएं अभी भी लंबित हैं। 91वें संशोधन के बाद, किसी अलग गुट के लिए कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है। तो संसदीय कार्य मंत्री ने किन आधारों पर इन 20 बागी सांसदों को निमंत्रण दिया और वे इस बैठक में कैसे शामिल हो रहे हैं? हमने अपना कड़ा विरोध दर्ज कराया है और विरोध के प्रतीक के तौर पर बैठक से बाहर निकल आए हैं। हम अपनी सभी विपक्षी पार्टियों का धन्यवाद करते हैं।"

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Saturday gave his approval to the merger of six Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs with the Shiv Sena led by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde (@mieknathshinde) and a separate seating in the House for the 20 rebel TMC lawmakers, who have joined a little- know party, NCPI.

Official sources said that with the merger of the six MPs, the strength of the Shiv Sena has gone up to 13 from seven.

The TMC rebel group of 20 MPs will sit separately, away from the parent party, the sources said.

शरद पवार की पार्टी NCP SP महिला आरक्षण के लिए डिलिमिटेशन बिल के पक्ष में वोट करेगी. लोकसभा में NCP SP के पास 8 सांसद हैं. इससे सरकार को बिल पास करने में मदद मिल सकेगी. अप्रैल में NDA को 298 वोट मिले थे जबकि बिल पास करने के लिए 361 वोट चाहिए. अब यह आँकड़ा 332 पर पहुंच गया है. DMK के 22 सांसदों के समर्थन से राह और आसान हो जाएगी.

As per the revised schedule, the draft publication will be on 10th August, and the final publication of the electoral roll will be on 12th October.

#WATCH मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र: शिवसेना (UBT) सांसद संजय राउत ने कहा, "हम अभी इस मामले में कानूनी लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं। पार्टी छोड़ने वाले 6 लोगों के लिए राजनीतिक रूप से टिके रहना आसान नहीं होगा, उनकी सदस्यता रद्द होने वाली है। मेरी बात याद रखिएगा, उनके पास कोई रास्ता नहीं बचेगा। हमने कहा था कि जब तक मूल पार्टी विलय का औपचारिक फैसला नहीं लेती, तब तक इन छह लोगों को लोकसभा स्पीकर को पत्र लिखकर विलय की इच्छा जताने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है। कानून में इसका कोई प्रावधान नहीं है, संविधान की दसवीं अनुसूची में ऐसी स्थिति के बारे में कोई दिशा-निर्देश नहीं दिया गया है।"
