以前某電視台的處境電視劇有一個典型人物陳積，象徵了香港那些四海人、世界仔、懶醒目、唯搵錢是尚的一種人。他有一句當年家傳戶曉的名言：「富貴於我如浮雲，浮雲於我如命根」。

2/ 據說這位領導曾經說從來不重視民調結果，也不介意民望高低，大有「民意於我如浮雲」之氣概。作為一個政治領導，竟然連民意客觀存在，民意就是一個社會的政治、經濟、社情、民生及文心的寒暑表這麼簡單的道理都不知道，也不敢面對，這樣的社會怎能不爭議不斷？政府又那能避得開頻頻犯錯？
