Or how a host talks or presents a topic (twiggy WW)

He OFTEN embarrasses his employees by degrading them on the hosts own show or by making a jester stream.
(A tactic to insert dominance, receive submission, and praise from his followers)

While encouraging drama amongst employees to where they are attacking each other or having mental breakdowns.

He has favorites within the universe that can do no wrong and he sweeps for them, no matter how vile they are.

There are no clear rules on anything, and no consistency so he just picks and chooses who deserves a “punishment” while all employees are left in a grey area.
(Grim saying something along the lines of “fuck you keemstar” when it has been said by every host but Grim was fired)

When something has gone too far he then tries to act like it’s not a big deal while offering minimal comfort to the person who has been affected.
